许多我们拜访的家庭，孩子们都刚从外地回来团聚了，我还遇到几名旧同学和亲戚，四处洋溢着新春的气氛，很高兴我们能一起共度这美好的佳节，在这里㊗各位平安快乐，新年进步。
From afternoon until long after the sun had gone down, we brought Chinese New Year cheers door to door, warung to warung, from Simpang Pelangai to Kg Shafie to Sg. Gapoi.
Many families I visited had just received the arrivals of their children back home, while some were still waiting. Met a few ex-classmates and relatives too. Every one I met was in a jovial mood. I am so glad I have the chance to share those moment of joy with them. They give me hope.
