3 weeks ago, I visited a community in the rural area. I saw hardcore poor families not receiving welfare. Families with orphaned young children, handicapped children, old people with chronic illnesses. It was heartbreaking.

I promised them I will come back. I returned last week with some basic food supplies and a small angpao to celebrate my New Year with them. – Wong Tack
