Deny Lynas Corporation a permanent operating license to ensure the health and well being of its people and to protect the environment, until the company institutes reliable and internationally recognised best practice environmental protection protocols and conditions that are acceptable for all stakeholders for its operations in Kuantan, and comes up with an acceptable solution for the management and disposal of its waste outside Malaysia.”
