622 Shutdown Lynas case updates (28.5.18) :

1. Our lawyers have submitted a representation to the Ketua Unit Pendakwaan Pahang, who in turn had escalated the matter to Putrajaya last week for our case to be withdrawn.

2. To date, there’s no black and white reply from Putrajaya yet.

3. This morning, the Judge has set 6th July 2018 for sentencing.
