在母亲节前夕,收到战友荣喜的妈妈逝世的消息。我们对荣喜的令慈献上最深切哀悼和慰问。
我对荣喜一路以来对反公害的付出感到非常的感激和敬佩。
在百万签名埋葬莱纳斯活动，荣喜以身作则带着女儿抽出时间，到吉隆坡独立广场陪着我们一起在广场渡过，尤其在关键情况，他更勇敢的站在最前线。
此外，於去年展开的2800公里绿骑脚车队活动，当脚车队抵达昔加末时，他二话不说，马上把刚装修好的住家，借出来让骑士有舒适的地方露宿。
他真诚的付出感动了我们，也传达了他对反公害的付出和贡献。
荣喜在母亲的葬礼上特结业捐献给绿色盛会，作为反公害基金用途。
在此，我以最深切的敬意和荣喜说声谢谢。-黄德。

On the eve of Mother’s Day, the beloved mom of our comrade Yong Hee passed away. Himpunan Hijau has sent our deepest condolences.

I have always have strong admiration for Yong Hee, particularly his courage and commitment. About a year and a half ago, he and his daughter spent many nights at Dataran Merdeka with me during the ‘1 million signatures to Shut Down Lynas’ campaign. He is someone you can definitely count on to stand together at the frontline during all critical moments.

He has also touched me with his generosity. Last year, when the ‘2800km Geen Ride to Shut Down Lynas’ bicycle team reached Segamat, he offered his newly renovated home for the team to stay in, before he himself moved in. His generosity is witnessed again during his mom’s passing when he made a contribution to our movement. With deep respect, I sincerely say thank you. – WT
