Turtles in Japan with Tumors and eye problems (pictures). Feb 2015. This looks just like the turtles that suffered the biggest blow from Fukushima in Hawaii when the plume hit in 2012 Hawaii saw the biggest die off ever recorded started and has not stopped. When the radiation plume hit the west coast in June 2013 the biggest die off ever seen started. I am not surprised we are seeing this in japan still.
