The 15 people who have been unlawfully arrested and
charged for participating in the Himpunan Hijau’s 622 Shut Down Lynas
peaceful assembly will be reporting the police station nearest to them
today, 2nd August 2014 at 2pm. Details are provided below.

IPD Kuantan – Chong Kong Yuen, Phua Kia Yaw, Rapar Ahmad, Ta Weng Seng,
Zamri Zanal.

IPD Pudu, KL – Hew Kuan Yau, Lee Khai Ming, Tan Chee Hooi, Wong Chee Wai,
Wong Tack

Taman Molek police station, Johor Bahru – Raymond Ng bin Abdullah, Thomas Wang

Karak police station – Ho Kam Huat

Telemong police station – Foong Poh Choo, Wong Chee Wen

Reporting to the police station nearest to them before the 5th of every
month for the entire duration of the trial is a condition set for bail, a
condition which criminalised our basic right to assemble peacefully is totally unacceptable, unfair and meant to harass,
oppress and intimidate.

The people will never bow down to such harassment and intimidation.
