Kuantan, 16 May 2018.
1. Pakatan Harapan and anti-Lynas NGOs remain committed to resolve the Lynas issue.
2. Parliamentary caucus will be formed after MPs are sworn in.
3. Call for a Parliamentary Select Committee (PSC) to be set up when Parliament sits, to conduct a thorough review/investigation on the licensing and operations of Lynas.
4. Once government is formed, to request relevant ministries to declassify all documents that we have not seen before this.
5. Send Lynas home if findings/evidence show non-compliance of local and international laws and regulations or any elements of corruption. There will be no compromise.
