Was at Tanah Aina Lentang this morning to check on the destruction of the river riparian caused by logging activities with Raub MP Tengku Zulpuri, who is also the former Deputy Minister of Water, Land and Natural Resources, Puan Sri Sabrina Syed, owner of Tanah Aina and YB Young Syefura.
Since yesterday I have been receiving a constant stream of videos and photos of the destruction from different groups and individuals.
I’m both extremely upset and heartbroken to see rampant destructions continue but at same time feel so encouraged to see so many people stepping forward to voice their serious concern for our forest.
Unless the people come together and say enough is enough, this sort of destruction fueled by greed will not stop.
