“几个星期前拜访了一位寡妇，在彭亨州Batu Talam, Raub的农村地区。她被迫搬出了將要崩塌的旧木房子，现在只能暂住别人家的厨房里。她流着泪诉说着她的故事，非常感动，我告诉她 “还有很多好心人愿意幫助妳”，她感恩的说 “Buat satu kotak pun sudah cukup. Asalkan boleh lindung dari hujan dan matahari.”，我握住她的手答应她 “Makcik, kami akan bina semula rumah makcik.”

我一直相信，志愿精神应该以快乐和振奋的心來完成。所以让我们一起同心协力搭建makcik的房子，我们將24小时全天候工作，直到完成；把房子钥匙交给makcik，一起坚持“Siap Baru Henti !”

Build HARAPAN. The Choice is Ours!

“Visited a widow, deep in the rural area of Pahang, Batu Talam, Raub a few weeks ago. She was forced to move out of her old wooden house which was about to collapse. She’s now living in someone else’s kitchen. In tears, she told us her story. We were touched. I told her there are still many good people out there who are willing to lend a helping hand. She said, “Buat satu kotak pun sudah cukup. Asalkan boleh lindung dari hujan dan matahari.” I held her hand and promised, “Makcik, kami akan bina semula rumah makcik.”

As I always believe, volunteerism should be done with joy and excitement. So, let’s gotong royong to fix makcik’s house. We will work round-the-clock non-stop until we pass her the house key. Siap Baru Henti ! ”

Let’s Bina HARAPAN’ together. The Choice is Ours!

For those who wish to come a day earlier, especially those from far, please note that we will start to gather from 5pm onwards on 8th September 2017 (Friday).

Please bring your own tents, sleeping bags and all camping gears that you may need.
